Welcome to Oakie Acre Bloodhounds. We are located in sunny northern California.
We are law-enforcement and primarily breed for working and tracking dogs. Our dogs have been on Mythbusters and posters as a search and rescue poster child. We breed correct conformation and soundness of mind. Our pups come in red, black and tan, liver and tan and solid livers.
Our dogs are scattered all over the earth in many countries and doing very well in both showrings and as working law-enforcement or search and rescue dogs. We are proud of each and every one of them and their accomplishments in saving lives.
